Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using any Home Heroes service, website, application, or membership program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. By submitting your email or signing up for a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Services Offered Home Heroes provides on-demand home maintenance and exterior cleaning services to homeowners in Washington State. Our current services include Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning and Inspection, and Moss Treatment. Additional services including Window Washing, Pressure Washing, and Home Cleaning are coming soon. Services marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available and are subject to change without notice.

3. Membership & Billing Home Heroes operates on a monthly membership model at $29 per month. By enrolling, you authorize Home Heroes to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month. All service work is billed separately at member-only rates in addition to the monthly fee. Founding Member pricing is locked in for the duration of active membership. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to active members. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

4. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Home Heroes membership at any time with no long-term commitment or cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through the member portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no refunds are issued for partial months. Founding Member pricing is forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated.

5. Service Scheduling Members may book services through the Home Heroes app or website. Scheduling is subject to availability in your area. Cancellations or rescheduling of individual service appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a service cancellation fee. Home Heroes is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Access to Property By scheduling a service, you grant Home Heroes and its technicians permission to access the relevant areas of your property necessary to complete the requested work. You confirm that you are the property owner or have authority to grant access. You are responsible for securing pets, unlocking gates, and ensuring safe site access. Please ensure clear access to the service areas before your scheduled appointment as blocked access may result in a rescheduling fee.

7. Liability & Disclaimer Home Heroes is fully licensed and insured in Washington State. Home Heroes is not liable for pre-existing damage to roofs, gutters, siding, windows, or any other structures. We are not liable for damage caused by factors outside our reasonable control including severe weather events. Our total liability to any member shall not exceed the total fees paid by that member in the 3 months preceding the claim. The Home Health Score is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a professional home inspection or warranty of any kind.

8. Privacy & Data Home Heroes collects and stores personal information including your name, email address, property address, and payment details to provide our Services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with service providers strictly to operate our Services. By joining the waitlist or membership, you consent to receiving service-related emails and updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Home Heroes website and app including logos, text, graphics, service reports, and the Home Health Score system is the intellectual property of Home Heroes and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. The Home Health Score concept, scoring methodology, and related materials are proprietary to Home Heroes.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms Home Heroes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active members via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
